It’s best to have a least one rain jacket at your disposal so you can make it to class on those rainy days in a semi-dry fashion. Rain jackets can be found in any clothing store because let’s face it, it’s Eugene—and it rains a lot here.
Although this item is frowned upon by some Oregonians, it can be a classy and dry way to get to class. Just don’t hit anyone in the head.
