Academic Regalia
All degree candidates are encouraged to participate wearing regalia: gown, cap, tassel, and hood for doctoral and master's degree candidates; gown, cap, and tassel for bachelor's degree candidates. Announcements and regalia, including honor cords for students graduating with honors, are available at the Information Center on the main floor of the UO Duck Store, (541) 346-4331.

For your convenience, the bookstore will be open Saturday, commencement day, from 9:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M. The deadline to place an order for rental or purchase is the Monday before commencement for Ph.D. and master's; there is no deadline for bachelor's. The following prices include payment for a diploma cover, which is presented at the ceremony:

Stole of Gratitude
Every graduate has special people in their life who have provided invaluable emotional, moral, or financial support throughout their education. The Stole of Gratitude may be presented to these people as a lasting symbol of appreciation. The stole is worn during the graduation ceremony and presented afterward to the people the graduate wishes to thank. A graduate may wear more than one stole if they wish to thank multiple people. Stoles will be available at the UO Duck Store for $19.95 each.
