Environmental
Health and Safety
The Office of Environmental Health and Safety (OEHS) assists
the University of Oregon community in promoting a safe and
healthful environment for all individuals associated with
the University, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors
and those in the surrounding community through technical assistance,
education, training and evaluations. Additionally, OEHS coordinates
with others to minimize loss of resources including property,
personnel and processes.
The OEHS provides training and certification in a variety
of areas to assist with this mission. Some of these classes
include First Aid and CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, Van Drivers
Training, and the Safe Driver class. For more information
