IMPACT Program
The Intercultural Mentoring Program Advancing Community Ties (IMPACT) at the University of Oregon is a retention program that connects students with incoming students to help make their transition into the university community and student life a comfortable, accepting, and culturally responsive experience. Our mission is to foster peer-to-peer relationships through educational programming and social/networking events.
