As our guest, we want to welcome you to the city of Eugene and the University environment. While here for commencement, we hope you will enjoy the beautiful campus and take advantage of experiencing sights and sounds of local surroundings. Below is information to help you prepare for your visit to the University of Oregon as we celebrate Commencement.

Lodging

The university is working closely with Travel Lane County to help accommodate the lodging needs for the weekend.  As you may know, the NCAA Track and Field Championships have booked many rooms for competition that will take place June 7 to 11.  We anticipate that rooms will be available for families and parents planning to attend graduation on Monday. The majority of athletes, coaches and fans will depart Saturday evening and Sunday.

We encourage you to visit the website Travel Lane County has created just for UO Commencement or call them at 800.547.5445 for assistance. They will maintain a list of available rooms and contact interested parties as rooms become available.
